Milestone for the AUTOPILOT Software: AUTOPILOT32

2008 - Release of the all – new developed Autopilot real-time Software Autopilot32 with outstanding vehicle speed control and various other new features.

The application runs under the real-time operating system INTIME from Tenasys as add-On to Microsoft Windows XP.

The architecture is pointing the way in flexibility and performance.

Based on the proven performance and control of the former software generation, the new generation shows a milestone in robotic driving and control of vehicles on chassis dynamometer.

Various new features for further flexibility and as well as special functions with special application specific behaviors have been implemented.

The architecture allows further to interface the Autopilots with other devices via fieldbus (Profibus / Can, etc.) such as
- interface to vehicle via OBD / CAN
- interface to chassis dynamometer via fieldbus – Gateways
- interface to refuelling sysetem via fieldbus – Gateways
- interface to data acquisition system via fieldbus – Gateways
- interface to host computer systems via fieldbus – Gateways
